Virtual Date
When importing and extracting data from your MIS you can specify a "virtual date" which will be used to determine which users have arrived and left and which have have moved groups. Activman will normally operate using "today's" as reference, but this means you cannot pre-create user accounts or teaching sets, or pre-populate groups. Please be aware that if you change this date to be sometime in the future then you must NOT run AutoImport as this will revert everything back. You must wait until after the "virtual date" has passed so that actions are not reversed.
