Admissions
Extracting users using year groups will only extract users that are registered in that year. For example, the new year 7 students that would be arriving from year 6 are not going to be "registered" until the administration has been completed for them, which could be on the first day of term. The 'Admissions' option allows you to access the new students BEFORE they have been registered so that you can create their accounts before the first day of term. If you do select 'Admissions' you will be asked which admissions group to extract users from. This will be the same admissions groups that are displayed in your MIS.
