Get Missing IDs

In most cases ActivMan will be installed on to an existing network. In order for ActivMan to use your existing user accounts ActivMan will need to link up each user account to an MIS person. To do this you use the 'Get Missing IDs' feature.

Right click an OU folder and select 'Get Missing IDs', then follow the prompts.

This will perform an extraction from your MIS, match up the accounts, and set the ID's accordingly. Although, these ID's will NOT be saved to the accounts at this stage. So, you need to highlight the accounts which are in blue, right click, and select 'Apply ID'. Now they are ready to be used by ActivMan.
