How to extract data from your MIS to send to us

You may be in a situation where we have been unable to resolve your issue due to ActivMan being unable to extract certain people or data from your MIS. Some data extracted may be causing ActivMan to behave in an unexpected way. In these scenarios we will need to see your data in order to determine why you are encountering these issues.


  1. Download our MIS Extractor application from our Downloads page
  2. Run the MIS Extractor application
  3. Follow the wizard through to the end
  4. Send the resultant file(s) to us for review by either email or another suitable method as the files can be quite large (e.g. WeTransfer)


  • Unless asked to do so, select the "Extract minimal Data" option
  • To comply with GDPR, select the "Replace personal data" option
